Your right to request deletion

You may request deletion of personal data that ZyraLabs processes in connection with our website, WhatsApp business support and related services.

How to request deletion

Email info@zyralabs.io with the subject line Data deletion request.

Please include:

• Your name
• The WhatsApp phone number or email address connected to your request
• A short description of the data or service concerned

What happens next

We will confirm receipt, verify that the request is from the correct person, and delete or anonymise applicable data. We may retain limited information where required for legal, security, fraud-prevention or record-keeping purposes.

WhatsApp conversations

Messages and phone numbers may be processed to provide customer support. You can request deletion using the same process above. Please do not send passwords, payment-card details or one-time codes in a deletion request.
