Cleaning Your Dashboard
Manual removal: Screen Options tab in the top right of the dashboard. Uncheck every widget you do not need. This hides them from view — they still load data in the background. Disable via code: Add functions to your theme’s functions.php to remove specific widgets entirely — they will not load data or appear as options.
